London Baby photographer

Newborn or baby photoshoot in the comfort of your London home with natural window light, and you don’t have to leave your house when you’re just recovering postpartum. And that also does not mean you need to have a majestic abode, you see in those home magazines. Many families I photograph live in everyday homes filled with love, a bit of clutter, and the beautiful chaos that comes with a new baby. What truly matters is connection, not perfect interiors.

The weather was a bit wet and cloudy on the day we captured these beautiful photos for the family, but that didn’t stop the magic from happening. The baby’s cheeky older brother, just over 3 years old, brought so much life to the images. He even helped me carry my bag to the top floor and gave me a proud tour of his bedroom.

When children are simply being themselves, that's when the most heartfelt moments happen. I never expect them to pose or follow directions — I follow their lead. We had fun kissing the baby, jumping on the bed, and, in the end, playing outside in the rain. :)

Mum loved the images because they tell a story of a moment in time in their lives so aptly.
